Nick was extremely responsive, very proactive in communication with all the necessary details for checking-in and checking-out! We needed a quick place to stay for one night in Scottsdale area and he really helped us and was quick to be attentive to our needs.

We had a fantastic stay at Nick’s place! The home was incredibly spacious, with more than enough room for our group of friends to spread out and relax comfortably. The outdoor living area was a highlight—we especially loved spending time around the fire in the evenings. Everything was spotless and well cared for, and the location made it easy to get wherever we needed to go. We would absolutely recommend staying here!

Nick was an extremely responsive and helpful host. We felt right at home in this beautiful property. The backyard is stunning and a private oasis. The house was clean and spotless. The location was near the highway and close to downtown Scottsdale. There was a video game machine with all the classics (Mrs. Pac-Man, Gallaga, Frogger) which was a fun little bonus of the stay. We loved the openness of all the windows and the door to the backyard. We had a great time and would definitely stay at this property again. Thanks Nick!

We loved staying at Nick’s place. He was a great hosts all along, proactive and addressed concerns quickly. The location is great and the big bonus, walkable, with nearby park and playground, grocery store up the street, close to local attractions. Quiet neighborhood. Overall great stay, we would love to come back.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was perfect for what we were looking for: a place to crash and hang out, and explore Scottsdale and things around town.
The pool and outdoor space are absolutely stunning, and there's plenty of areas to hang out and chill with friends while you enjoy the nice weather and general good vibes. The interior is beautiful, clean, with plenty of space for sleeping. The living room arrangement is perfect for hanging out, playing video games, watching sports, or whatever you want. Everything is very well set up for gatherings with friends, which is what we were doing there.
Really nothing to complain much about here. Only sort of minor annoyance is that to use the spa and pool heating system, you have to install an app on your phone, and it can be a little unintuitive on how to use it. But Nick was very helpful in making sure we got set up, so there were really no issues. Nick is a great host. I highly recommend this spot!!

We stayed for three weeks in November and have already booked some time again for next year! This location was perfect (quick time to zoo, aquarium, mall, etc) as was the home itself. We had several sets of family and friends visit while we were there and the 3 bathrooms plus bunk beds were wonderful.
The pool and hot tub were exactly what we were looking for! We heated the pool and were in and out several times a day (and at night)! We also loved the outdoor fire pit and enjoyed having coffee out there in the morning and drinks at night.
Nick was a phenomenal host - he communicated quickly and helped us to arrange a few cleans while we were there, which was appreciated!
This is the best place we have stayed so far and we can’t wait to return!
