House Rules 1) Both smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited in and around the property. 2) If we find any evidence of smoking or cigarette/marijuana ash found on the property, we will be collecting a minimum of a $1000 fee. 3) No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 10 people. NO PARTIES - meaning more than 10 people without prior approval involving very loud music and/or noise particularly during quiet hours (listed below). Any evidence of partying will result in a minimum fee of $1000 which will be requested through the Airbnb solutions center. 4) Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between quiet hours: 9 PM - 7 AM. 5) Pets are permitted in the house for $30 per pet/per night. Limit of two pets. You must clean up after your pet and please keep them off the furniture. 6) Parents must not leave children unsupervised especially around the pool and are fully responsible for their safety at all times. Do not dive in the pool. 7) No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. No glass in or near the pool. 8) Please do not rearrange our furniture and keep it clean as best you can 9) Report any damages and/or breakages immediately. 10) Ensure all doors are locked and windows are closed when you leave the property. Turn off any electronics/lights. 11) Early check in & late check out available upon request for a fee. Otherwise, a late checkout fee of $150 will be applied to anyone that leaves the property past checkout time. 12) We are not responsible nor able to control external noise or inconveniences outside of the property
